熊悦婷

熊博士于2017年9月至2022年6月在复旦大学化学生物学专业攻读博士学位；2022年7月起在翔安创新实验室（夏宁邵院士团队）生物分析测试中心担任质谱平台负责人。熊博士自主“从0到1”搭建质谱平台，长期从事生物质谱蛋白质组学与抗体从头测序研究。围绕单克隆抗体轻重链CDR精准解析，创新构建“多酶渐进制备—序列组装—功能验证”的闭环体系，并开发开源软件XA-Novo，显著提升复杂样本中蛋白序列解析的准确性与工程可用性。同时，面向临床转化需求，构建融合超高分辨质谱、多组学整合与机器学习分析体系，实现HBV相关肝病及动脉粥样硬化性卒中等复杂疾病的分子特征解析与高精度标志物筛选。近五年发表SCI论文9篇，获授权发明专利3项，主持多项国家及省市科研项目，入选福建省、厦门市高层次C类人才。
