翟琳辉博士于2019年9月至2023年3月在南京中医药大学攻读中药学专业,获博士学位;2022年10月至2024年4月在中国科学院上海药物研究所任副研究员;2024年4月起在同济大学任副教授,现为同济大学医学院副教授、博士生导师。翟博士现任上海市药学会生化与生物技术药物专业委员会青年委员会委员。翟博士长期从事基于蛋白质组学及翻译后修饰组学的代谢性疾病及肿瘤的机制研究,在国际上首次绘制肺腺癌蛋白质组图谱,发现一系列新型生物标志物(Cell, 2020);全景解析乳腺癌-淋巴结转移的多维度分子全景与新型机制(Protein & Cell, 2026);揭示肿瘤中RAD51 K285琥珀酰化对同源重组修复的负向调控新规律(Mol Cell, 2026);开发基于光点击化学的赖氨酸修饰调控酶-底物互作时空动态解析新技术(Nat Commun, 2024)等。以第一(含共一)作者身份在Cell、Mol Cell、Nat Commun、Protein Cell、Arthritis Rheumatol、Cancer Lett、Sci China Life Sci、Acta Pharmacol Sin、Genom Proteom Bioninf、Mol Cell Proteomics等期刊发表论文20余篇,研究工作入选《中国2020年度重要医学进展》和《2020年上海科技进步报告》,并受到中央电视台、EurekAlert等国内外媒体广泛报道。
