李博士于2019年9月至2024年6月在北京协和医学院攻读临床检验诊断学专业,获博士学位;2024年8月起在北京协和医院任技师。李博士作为主要完成人,基于DIA-MS与抗体芯片技术,绘制了截至当前包含最大蛋白数量的原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)与白塞病(BD)血浆蛋白质组全景,揭示了PBC熊脱氧胆酸(UDCA)治疗状态与BD不同器官受累对其血浆蛋白表达谱的影响(Arthritis & Rheumatology, 2023)。进一步验证了6个与PBC诊断和UDCA疗效显著相关的差异蛋白,其中TGFBI在PBC中为首次报道(授权专利CN202410379782.8),并联合其它蛋白通过机器学习构建了高精度PBC诊断及UDCA疗效预测模型。同时,联合脂质组学分析,发现脂质代谢通路显著紊乱,为阐明PBC发病机制提供了新线索(Frontiers in Immunology, 2023)。此外,聚焦蛋白类标志物在PBC中的临床意义,作为主要完成人发现AMA-M2对于PBC发病的预警价值(Clinical and Molecular Hepatology, 2025),阐明IL-8在PBC中的表达意义(中华检验医学杂志, 2024)。
