Professor Kun Wang, PhD supervisor at the School of Life Sciences, Wuhan University, currently serves as Vice Director of the Department of Plant Sciences and Vice Dean of the School of Life Sciences. Has received support from the National High-level Talent Program (Youth Project), Hubei Outstanding Youth Fund, and was selected for Wuhan University’s “Luojia Young Scholar” program. Holds academic positions including Standing Director of the Hubei Botanical Society, Member of the Cotton Professional Committee of the Chinese Crop Science Society, and Member of the Plant Physiology and Molecular Biology Committee of the Chinese Botanical Society. Research Interests: 1. Plant genomics; 2. Functions and regulatory mechanisms of key transcription factors in plant development; 3. Functions of plant non-coding RNAs.
