委员 Member

Researcher Yang Jing specializes in mass spectrometry-based chemical proteomics, focusing on protein oxidative modifications. By integrating advanced computational methods with traditional chemical knowledge, she is dedicated to developing new chemical proteomics probes and methods, advancing redox biology research, and expanding the “druggable” space on the proteome. Her landmark achievements include: (1) Novel chemical proteomics probe evaluation schemes based on computational technology; (2) Development of new chemical proteomics probes based on computation-assisted evaluation; (3) Discovery of “druggable” targets based on chemical proteomics analysis. Researcher Yang Jing is also a member of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “Biological Macromolecules and Microbiome” Key Research and Development Program Expert Group (Group A), responsible for formulating guidelines in proteomics direction. As a core team member of the Human Proteome Navigation Program (the first international mega-science program implemented in Guangdong Province), she participates in the construction of the international headquarters (Guangzhou).
