劳博士于2012年9月至2016年6月在北京协和医学院攻读遗传学专业,获理学博士学位;2019年9月至2023年8月在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院从事博士后研究;2023年9月至2025年8月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院任助理研究员;2025年12月起在浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院任特聘研究员。劳博士在蛋白质组学与翻译后修饰领域开展了系统性研究工作:首次采用4D label-free蛋白质组学技术观察巴豆酰化修饰前后下游候选靶点的表达,确立了其在酶活调控上的抑制作用,发现GCDH可通过衰老相关的分泌表型(SASP)重塑以NK细胞为主、M1型巨噬细胞和活化CD8+T细胞为辅的抗肿瘤微环境,而其下调又可提升PD-1+CD8+T细胞的比例(Journal of Hepatology, 2024);绘制了肝癌9种主要蛋白质翻译后修饰组谱图,揭示肝癌蛋白质翻译后修饰调控规律,研究发现大多数磷酸化位点位于固有无序区域(IDR)中,具有高特异性和低亲和力,而大多数酰化位点位于折叠区域,表明PTM在HCC中的分布具有特异性,且与蛋白质的二级结构密切相关,酸化和多个酰化修饰位点在含有RNA识别基序1(RRM1)结构域的蛋白质中富集,且RNA剪接是该蛋白质子集的关键特征(Molecular Cancer, 2024)。
