张雪

张博士于2017年8月至2022年6月在天津医科大学药学专业攻读博士学位；2022年7月至2024年6月在北京大学从事博士后研究；2024年6月起在上海大学任助理研究员。张博士现任Pharmaceutical Science Advances期刊青年编委。张博士主要从事微流控芯片样品预处理平台构建及芯片-质谱在线联用的单细胞蛋白质组学分析方法开发，聚焦蛋白质及翻译后修饰肽的高效分离富集研究。核心特色在于：（1）将功能化毛细管整体柱（二氧化钛掺杂柱、乙酰化分子印迹柱、星型硼亲和柱等）与微流控芯片深度整合，构建蛋白质分级-酶解-乙酰化肽/糖肽富集多功能在线平台；（2）设计微流控芯片-nanoLC-MS全流程联用系统，完成单细胞样品的快速预处理与高灵敏检测，显著提升单细胞水平的蛋白质组学的质谱鉴定深度。以第一作者在Trends in Analytical Chemistry、Analytical Chemistry、Journal of Proteome Research、Analytica Chimica Acta等期刊发表SCI论文，授权国家发明专利3项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、北京分子科学国家研究中心博士后项目等。
