童博士于2016年9月至2019年6月在清华大学生物学专业攻读博士学位;2025年8月起在厦门大学生命科学学院任副教授。童博士现任中国生物信息学学会系统生物学专业委员会委员、福建省生物信息学学会理事、厦门市免疫学学会青年工作委员会委员。童博士围绕肿瘤蛋白质组学与空间组学数据研发了系列创新算法,助力精准医疗:(1)开发TiRank算法识别具有临床相关性的空间生态位,TiRank在跨多种癌症类型识别药物敏感细胞和临床相关空间生态位方面展现出极高的准确性,并通过空间蛋白质组技术验证了算法新发现的空间生态位(Genome Medicine,2026,最后通讯作者);(2)基于肿瘤蛋白质组开发了个体化差异蛋白分析算法IDEPA,有效提升肿瘤差异蛋白识别的准确度与灵敏度(Briefings in Bioinformatics,2022,共同通讯作者);(3)开发了交互式探索磷酸化组的数据分析平台PhosMap,为解读复杂磷酸化蛋白质组学数据和揭示肿瘤的激酶调控规律提供了重要的技术基础。该工作荣获“人体蛋白质组导航国际大科学计划全球峰会暨第十二届中国蛋白质组学大会‘明日之星’报告奖”。
