Research Interests: 1. Protein SUMO modification and mitochondrial metabolism regulation, studying the regulatory effects and mechanisms of SUMO modification of mitochondrial proteins on mitochondrial metabolic activity and its impact on cellular function; 2. Protein SUMO modification and tumor metabolism and inflammatory response regulation, investigating the regulatory role of protein SUMO modification on tumor metabolism and inflammatory cell activity and its significance in inflammation-related diseases; 3. Protein SUMO modification and aging mechanism research, studying the role and significance of the SENP1-Sirt3 axis in human physiological and pathological processes.
