Dr. Wang earned her Ph.D. in Biology from Tsinghua University from September 2013 to July 2019. She then served as an Assistant Research Fellow under the Outstanding Talent Program at the Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, Zhejiang, from July 2019 to December 2020. She conducted postdoctoral research and served as an Assistant Research Fellow in the laboratory of Professor Tiannan Guo at Westlake University from January 2021 to January 2023. She then joined Westlake Laboratory of Life Sciences and Biomedicine (Zhejiang Provincial Laboratory of Life Sciences and Biomedicine) from January 2023, serving as an Assistant Research Fellow and then as an Associate Research Fellow. Since January 2026, she has been an Associate Research Fellow at Westlake University. Dr. Wang has been serving as an Editorial Board Member of the first Editorial Committee of the Anti-Aging Medicine special issue of the Medical Reference since 2025. Dr. Wang’s research focuses on proteomics-driven precision medicine, distinguished by the deep integration of high-throughput proteomics with machine learning to address real-world clinical challenges. Her research emphasizes: elucidating immune dynamics and predicting antibody persistence following COVID-19 vaccination through longitudinal proteomics (Protein & Cell); constructing a blood multi-omics atlas of Omicron infection to predict the risk of viral rebound (Immunity, selected as one of the Top 10 Advances in Chinese Hematology); and integrating multi-center proteomic data with machine learning to establish individualized prognostic models for medullary thyroid carcinoma (Nature Communications). Additionally, she has contributed to revealing the multi-organ mechanisms of protein restriction in delaying aging (Cell) and to the clinical translation of precision diagnosis and treatment for thyroid diseases. Recently, she has also ventured into the understudied proteome. Her work provides novel protein biomarkers and predictive models for optimizing vaccination strategies and precision oncology, advancing the translation of proteomics from molecular discovery to clinical application.
