2012年9月博士毕业于德国波茨坦大学和德国马克斯普朗克分子植物生理研究所。2012年9月-2013年10月在德国马克斯普朗克分子植物生理研究所从事博士后研究。2013年10月-2019年8月在德国霍恩海姆大学从事博士后研究。2019年9月通过云南大学海外高层次人才引进项目到云南大学生命科学学院/生命科学中心工作,任研究员,成立功能蛋白组学的研究课题组。研究方向:1.利用定量蛋白组学(特别是磷酸化蛋白组学和蛋白互作)以及系统生物学结合分子生物学和生理学的方法研究植物膜蛋白,特别是受体激酶和转运蛋白在蔗糖、氮和磷信号通路中的功能。2.优化完善蛋白组学研究技术,特别是翻译后修饰(磷酸化、糖基化等)以及蛋白互作等的相关技术,其中包括样品的制备、肽段的富集、质谱测序以及后期的生物信息学分析和结果的阐述。
Received PhD in September 2012 from the University of Potsdam, Germany and the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology, Germany. Conducted postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology from September 2012 to October 2013. Conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Hohenheim, Germany from October 2013 to August 2019. Joined the School of Life Sciences/Center for Life Sciences at Yunnan University in September 2019 through the university’s overseas high-level talent introduction program as a researcher, establishing a functional proteomics research group. Research Interests: 1. Using quantitative proteomics (especially phosphoproteomics and protein interactions) and systems biology combined with molecular biology and physiology methods to study plant membrane proteins, particularly the functions of receptor kinases and transport proteins in sucrose, nitrogen and phosphorus signaling pathways. 2. Optimizing and improving proteomics research technologies, especially those related to post-translational modifications (phosphorylation, glycosylation, etc.) and protein interactions, including sample preparation, peptide enrichment, mass spectrometry sequencing, and subsequent bioinformatics analysis and result interpretation.
