新加坡国立大学博士、博士后。研究方向为蛋白质组新技术及其在疾病标志物和药物靶点筛选中的应用研究。发展了一系列特色性的低丰度、修饰蛋白质组富集材料和化学标记富集方法,以及单细胞处理平台和质谱分析策略,显著提高鉴定灵敏度和规模。围绕作为重要诊断标志物和药物靶点的糖蛋白,建立了多种高效富集、质谱鉴定和数据解析新方法,为糖蛋白质组研究提供系统性工具。在JACS、Angew、Molecular Cell、Nature Chemical Biology、Nature Communications、Nucleic Acids Research、Chemical Science、Analytical Chemistry等国际知名期刊发表论文80余篇。先后主持国家重大科学研究计划课题、国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项课题、国家重点研发专项课题以及国家自然科学基金面上项目等。2017年获国家科技进步二等奖。中国物理学会质谱分会学术委员,中国化学会质谱分析专业委员会委员,中国生物化学与分子生物学会蛋白质组学专业委员会委员、糖复合物专业委员会委员。Chinese Chemical Letters编委。

Ph.D. and Postdoctoral Researcher from National University of Singapore. Research direction focuses on new proteomics technologies and their applications in disease biomarker and drug target screening. Has developed a series of distinctive low-abundance and modified proteome enrichment materials and chemical labeling enrichment methods, as well as single-cell processing platforms and mass spectrometry analysis strategies, significantly improving identification sensitivity and scale. Focusing on glycoproteins as important diagnostic biomarkers and drug targets, has established multiple efficient enrichment, mass spectrometry identification, and data analysis methods, providing systematic tools for glycoproteomics research. Has published over 80 papers in internationally renowned journals such as JACS, Angew, Molecular Cell, Nature Chemical Biology, Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Chemical Science, and Analytical Chemistry. Has successively led National Major Scientific Research Program projects, National Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Special Projects, National Key R&D Program projects, and National Natural Science Foundation General Projects. Received the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2017. Academic committee member of the Mass Spectrometry Branch of the Chinese Physical Society, committee member of the Mass Spectrometry Analysis Professional Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society, committee member of the Proteomics Professional Committee and Glycoconjugate Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Editorial board member of Chinese Chemical Letters.
