研究方向:集中于化学生物学、系统毒理学与蛋白质组学技术,运用化学方法、生物平台与计算手段,研究化学分子如何扰动并调控细胞内分子网络,揭示其在疾病表现与药物响应中的作用。主要研究内容包括:1)网络生物学与系统化学生物学技术开发;2)化学分子干预蛋白质–蛋白质相互作用网络;3)系统毒理学与系统药理学研究;4)计算蛋白质组学与网络重建;5)高精度质谱平台在组学分析中的应用。

Research Interests: Focused on chemical biology, systems toxicology, and proteomics technologies. Utilizing chemical methods, biological platforms, and computational approaches to study how chemical molecules perturb and regulate intracellular molecular networks, revealing their roles in disease manifestation and drug response. Main research areas include: 1) Network biology and systems chemical biology technology development; 2) Chemical molecule intervention in protein-protein interaction networks; 3) Systems toxicology and systems pharmacology research; 4) Computational proteomics and network reconstruction; 5) Application of high-precision mass spectrometry platforms in omics analysis.
