张锴,天津医科大学基础医学院教授/博士生导师/PI。从事蛋白质组学和生物质谱研究。发展了基于色谱质谱技术鉴定蛋白质赖氨酸修饰和调控蛋白的系列高灵敏分析新方法;发现并系统揭示了细菌中新型赖氨酸修饰的组学、功能和调控机制;揭示了食管癌中赖氨酸修饰组学特征和功能。发表SCI论文100多篇,近年来,主要工作以通讯作者发表在Nature Chemical Biology、Nature Communications、Molecular Cell、Science Advances等国际主流学术期刊。目前兼任中国化学会色谱专业委员会委员、中国生物化学与分子生物学会蛋白质组学专业分会委员、天津市色谱研究会理事长。
Zhang Kai, Professor/Doctoral Supervisor/PI at the School of Basic Medical Sciences, Tianjin Medical University. Engaged in proteomics and biological mass spectrometry research. He has developed a series of highly sensitive new analytical methods for identifying protein lysine modifications and regulatory proteins based on chromatography-mass spectrometry technology; discovered and systematically revealed the omics, functions and regulatory mechanisms of novel lysine modifications in bacteria; revealed the lysine modification omics characteristics and functions in esophageal cancer. He has published more than 100 SCI papers. In recent years, his main work has been published as corresponding author in mainstream international academic journals such as Nature Chemical Biology, Nature Communications, Molecular Cell, and Science Advances. He currently serves as a member of the Chromatography Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society, a member of the Proteomics Branch of the Chinese Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and President of the Tianjin Chromatography Research Association.
