研究方向:
1、创新医疗器械
课题组长周峰联合复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院研发了独创的液脉动干眼治疗技术。研发的液脉动干眼治疗仪荣获2023年上海市二类创新医疗器械,并已取得NMPA颁发的产品注册证和生产许可证。液脉动干眼治疗仪荣获2024年度上海市春昇杯医疗创新大赛二等奖(第二获奖人)。
2、单细胞功能蛋白质组学
依靠创新的高灵敏度蛋白质组学平台,针对细胞功能蛋白质组进行高通量的检测,多项成果发表在Cell, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Microbiology, Nature Communications, Analytical Chemistry等顶尖杂志。
3、深度高覆盖抗体反应组学
利用构建的抗原库捕捉抗原抗体复合物,借助DEEP SEQ深度蛋白质组学联合免疫共沉淀及磁珠酶解的策略,通过生物信息学分析发现那些在自身免疫、肿瘤等疾病中起到重要作用的的潜在自身抗体。为进一步理解这些疾病的发生发展起到重要作用。成果发表在权威期刊Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases。

Research Directions:
1. Innovative Medical Devices
Principal Investigator Zhou Feng, in collaboration with the Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University, developed the original LipiFlow dry eye treatment technology. The developed LipiFlow dry eye treatment device won the 2023 Shanghai Class II Innovative Medical Device Award and has obtained product registration certificate and production license issued by NMPA. The LipiFlow dry eye treatment device won the second prize in the 2024 Shanghai Chunsheng Cup Medical Innovation Competition (second award winner).
2. Single-cell Functional Proteomics
Relying on an innovative high-sensitivity proteomics platform, high-throughput detection of cellular functional proteomes is performed, with multiple achievements published in top journals such as Cell, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Microbiology, Nature Communications, and Analytical Chemistry.
3. Deep High-coverage Antibody Reactome
Using a constructed antigen library to capture antigen-antibody complexes, combined with DEEP SEQ deep proteomics along with immunoprecipitation and magnetic bead enzymatic digestion strategies, bioinformatics analysis is used to discover potential autoantibodies that play important roles in autoimmune diseases, tumors and other diseases. This plays an important role in further understanding the occurrence and development of these diseases. Results have been published in the authoritative journal Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases.
