研究方向:本实验室主要从事以蛋白质组为核心的临床多组学研究,构建了一站式蛋白质组技术与数据平台Firmiana,并自主开发了catTFRE、modi-TFRE和ATAC-MS等关键技术,用于解析转录因子活性、DNA修饰结合偏好及染色质开放域蛋白质机器。在此基础上,完成了多种肿瘤(脑部、消化道、泌尿系统、鳞癌、肉瘤、黑色素瘤、乳腺癌、肺癌等)的多组学图谱绘制,系统阐明了跨组学的分子调控网络和肿瘤特异性驱动通路。
Research Interests: The laboratory focuses on proteome-centered clinical multi-omics research, establishing the one-stop proteomics technology and data platform Firmiana. Independently developed key technologies including catTFRE, modi-TFRE, and ATAC-MS for parsing transcription factor activity, DNA modification binding preferences, and chromatin accessibility domain protein machinery. Based on this foundation, completed multi-omics mapping of various tumors (brain, digestive tract, urinary system, squamous cell carcinoma, sarcoma, melanoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, etc.), systematically elucidating trans-omics molecular regulatory networks and tumor-specific driver pathways.
