应万涛 Wantao Ying

应万涛,博士，军事科学院军事医学研究院生命组学研究所副研究员，”生物质谱与糖蛋白质组学”PI，北京市科技新星，总后勤部优秀人才扶持对象。长期聚焦蛋白质糖基化修饰的结构解析、组学分析和糖蛋白标志物发现研究，以及定量蛋白质组分析技术开发和肿瘤蛋白质组学应用研究。在肝癌、胰腺癌、肺癌等肿瘤蛋白质组分子分型和靶标发现研究、以及基因工程药物糖修饰结构研究中获得多项突破性进展。在Nature, Nature Methods, PNAS, Mol Cell Proteomics, Anal Chem等发表SCI论文100余篇。获评国家科技进步奖”蛋白质组学创新团队奖”，北京市科技进步一等奖，中华预防医学会一等奖等奖项。

Ying Wantao, Ph.D., Associate Researcher at the Institute of Omics Sciences, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Principal Investigator of “Biological Mass Spectrometry and Glycoproteomics,” Beijing Rising Star of Science and Technology, and outstanding talent supported by the General Logistics Department. He has long focused on structural analysis of protein glycosylation modifications, omics analysis and glycoprotein biomarker discovery research, as well as quantitative proteomics analysis technology development and tumor proteomics application research. He has achieved multiple breakthrough advances in proteome molecular typing and target discovery research for liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer and other tumors, as well as glycosylation structure research of genetic engineering drugs. He has published over 100 SCI papers in Nature, Nature Methods, PNAS, Molecular & Cellular Proteomics, Analytical Chemistry, etc. He has been awarded the National Science and Technology Progress Award “Proteomics Innovation Team Award,” Beijing Science and Technology Progress First Prize, Chinese Preventive Medicine Association First Prize, and other awards.
