Mainly engaged in research on new methods of analytical chemistry and their applications in the field of life and health. The research group focuses on chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry analysis, conducts research on new chromatographic and mass spectrometry analysis technologies and methods and their applications in biomedicine, targeting the efficient separation and highly sensitive detection of complex biological samples such as proteomes, with emphasis on solving technical bottleneck problems faced by disease proteomics research, making precision medicine more precise. The research group has established various original analysis methods in proteomics analysis, especially post-translational modification proteomics analysis and drug target protein identification.
