Research Areas:
1. Development of advanced sample pretreatment and separation materials
Addressing the analytical needs of complex samples such as proteomes, focus on developing novel monolithic materials, polymer particles, silica gel particles, etc., and functionally modifying their surfaces to achieve efficient and low-residue sample pretreatment and separation.
2. Development of new methods and technologies for proteome quantification
Develop new labeled and label-free relative and absolute quantification methods based on chromatography and primary/secondary mass spectrometry to improve the accuracy and precision of large-scale protein quantification.
3. Construction of integrated analysis platforms
Develop protein denaturation, reduction, enzymatic digestion, labeling and other technologies, and integrate them with micro-nano-liter liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to construct integrated protein qualitative and quantitative analysis platforms, providing key technical support for achieving high-throughput, high-precision and high-accuracy large-scale protein analysis.
