南方医科大学检验与生物技术学院研究员、所长、博士生导师。广东省免疫学会抗体技术与抗体药物专业委员会主任委员,国家药品标准物质委员会委员等。入选2010年广东省高等学校”千百十工程”省级培养对象。长期从事分子诊断和新型免疫学检测技术的研究,在稀土元素作为免疫学检测的示踪物方面形成了特色和优势。承担及完成国家、省部、市级研究课题20余项,其中主持国家重大科技专项(传染病专项)、国家”863″分题、国家自然科学基金(4项)等课题共20余项。获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技进步二等奖3项。在国内外核心期刊上共发表科研论文160余篇,其中SCI收录70余篇。以主编和副主编身份出版专著2本,主编科普书籍1本,副主编全国规划教材2本。获得授权发明专利6项,转让发明专利4项。以第一研制者的身份获国家新药证书3项,医疗器械体外诊断试剂注册证26项。参与国家医药行业标准制定5项。研究方向:1. 分子诊断;2. 抗体工程;3. 新型免疫学诊断技术。

Researcher, Director, PhD Supervisor at the School of Laboratory Medicine and Biotechnology, Southern Medical University. Chairman of the Antibody Technology and Antibody Drug Committee of the Guangdong Immunology Society, Member of the National Drug Standard Substance Committee, etc. Selected as a provincial-level training target for Guangdong Province’s “Thousand, Hundred, Ten Project” in 2010. Has long been engaged in research on molecular diagnostics and novel immunological detection technologies, forming distinctive features and advantages in the use of rare earth elements as tracers for immunological detection. Has undertaken and completed more than 20 national, provincial, and municipal research projects, including leading the National Major Science and Technology Project (Infectious Disease Project), National “863” sub-project, National Natural Science Foundation (4 projects), etc. Received 1 National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize and 3 provincial and ministerial Science and Technology Progress Second Prizes. Published over 160 research papers in domestic and international core journals, with over 70 indexed by SCI. Published 2 monographs as chief editor and deputy chief editor, 1 popular science book as chief editor, and 2 national planning textbooks as deputy chief editor. Obtained 6 authorized invention patents and transferred 4 invention patents. Obtained 3 national new drug certificates and 26 medical device in vitro diagnostic reagent registration certificates as the first developer. Participated in the formulation of 5 national pharmaceutical industry standards. Research Interests: 1. Molecular diagnostics; 2. Antibody engineering; 3. Novel immunological diagnostic technologies.
