研究方向:我们课题组致力于发展和应用新颖的活性小分子和化学技术去系统深入地研究重要生命过程,阐明与人类重大疾病密切相关的生物信号转导通路中新的分子作用机制,去验证全新的药物靶点,从而帮助解决重大生物医学难题。具体研究内容包括以下五个方面:1、利用化学生物学手段研究与人类重大疾病(如:癌症,感染性疾病,神经退行性疾病等)相关的生物通路分子作用机制和调控方法;2、开展复杂天然产物合成研究,并且运用活性天然产物发现新的生物靶点和阐明新的生物作用机制;3、研究复杂天然产物生物合成,揭示新的酶学机制,并且综合运用合成化学与合成生物学手段高效制备天然产物来源的药物分子;4、开发新一代高效的生物相容反应,并且利于化学交联结合质谱技术系统研究复杂蛋白质结构和蛋白-蛋白相互作用;5、寻找和发现新的药物靶点,利用药物化学手段开发创新型药物。
Research Direction: Our research group is dedicated to developing and applying novel bioactive small molecules and chemical technologies to systematically and deeply study important life processes, elucidate new molecular mechanisms in biological signal transduction pathways closely related to major human diseases, validate novel drug targets, and thereby help solve major biomedical problems. Specific research contents include the following five aspects: 1. Using chemical biology approaches to study molecular mechanisms and regulatory methods of biological pathways related to major human diseases (such as cancer, infectious diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, etc.); 2. Conducting research on the synthesis of complex natural products and using bioactive natural products to discover new biological targets and elucidate new biological mechanisms; 3. Studying the biosynthesis of complex natural products, revealing new enzymatic mechanisms, and comprehensively using synthetic chemistry and synthetic biology approaches to efficiently prepare drug molecules derived from natural products; 4. Developing a new generation of highly efficient biocompatible reactions and utilizing chemical crosslinking combined with mass spectrometry technology to systematically study complex protein structures and protein-protein interactions; 5. Searching for and discovering new drug targets and developing innovative drugs using medicinal chemistry approaches.
