副主任 Vice Director

Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Fudan University, and Researcher at the Institutes of Biomedical Sciences, Fudan University. Research interests: The research group focuses on establishing and applying new technologies and methods in proteomics based on biological mass spectrometry. Disease-related proteins are often low-abundance proteins associated with post-translational modifications. These important proteins are difficult to identify effectively due to their extremely low abundance or minimal modifications. Precise mass spectrometric qualitative and quantitative analysis of low-abundance proteins and post-translational modifications represents a challenging frontier research task, where sample preparation methods suitable for mass spectrometric identification and corresponding mass spectrometric analysis methods play primary and critical roles. The research group has established a series of new methods for highly sensitive identification and highly accurate quantification of low-abundance proteins and post-translationally modified proteins under complex background interference, achieving important results in the highly sensitive identification and highly accurate validation of protein biomarkers for major diseases.
