Zhang Yaoyang, Ph.D., Researcher. From 2000 to 2006, he studied at Beijing Institute of Technology and obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees; from 2006 to 2010, he studied for a doctorate at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry in Germany; from 2011 to 2013, he worked as a research assistant at the Scripps Research Institute in the United States; since September 2013, he has been a researcher and group leader at the Interdisciplinary Research Center on Biology and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He mainly uses biological mass spectrometry technology to study the characteristics of proteins in biological systems.
