肿瘤生物信息学：包括肿瘤基因组测序分析；肿瘤相关分子标记物的筛选；肿瘤病因、亚类、疗效、预后等分类预测；肿瘤调控网络研究等。蛋白质组学生物信息学：包括蛋白质翻译后修饰的功能研究；蛋白质功能注释及信号传递网络分析；蛋白质基因组学等。工作方向包括多组学数据分析及整合、肿瘤免疫治疗、临床预后预警建模及人工智能辅助决策系统研究。同时致力于精准医学生物信息平台研发、以及生物信息学人才培养。

Tumor bioinformatics: including tumor genome sequencing analysis; screening of tumor-related molecular markers; classification and prediction of tumor etiology, subtypes, efficacy, prognosis, etc.; tumor regulatory network research, etc. Proteomics bioinformatics: including functional research on protein post-translational modifications; protein functional annotation and signal transduction network analysis; proteogenomics, etc. Work directions include multi-omics data analysis and integration, tumor immunotherapy, clinical prognostic early warning modeling and artificial intelligence-assisted decision-making system research. Also dedicated to the development of precision medicine bioinformatics platforms and the cultivation of bioinformatics talents.
