The research group has successively developed in vivo mass spectrometry analysis methods for S-nitrosylation post-translational modifications (Nature Communications, 2023; The Plant Cell, 2025); precise and rapid quantitative analysis techniques for phosphorylation modifications (Nature Communications, 2020; Nature, 2021; Cell, 2023); and deep analysis technologies for complex proteomes in polyploid plants (Nature Genetics, 2024).
