研究方向:从事蛋白质组学芯片技术和精准医学研究。成功开发以人类、肺结核和新冠病毒为代表的系列蛋白质组学芯片(美国化学会经典案例);建立第一个人类自身抗原数据库并揭示自身抗原形成规律(Hallmarks of Human Autoantigens);领导肺癌和淋巴瘤等中西医临床队列蛋白质组学研究,发现十余个原创标志物。

Research Direction: Engaged in proteomics chip technology and precision medicine research. Successfully developed a series of proteomics chips represented by human, tuberculosis and COVID-19 viruses (classic case of the American Chemical Society); established the first human autoantigen database and revealed the formation patterns of autoantigens (Hallmarks of Human Autoantigens); led proteomics research in Chinese and Western medicine clinical cohorts for lung cancer and lymphoma, discovering more than ten original biomarkers.
