李卫 Wei Li

简介：李卫，中国科学院动物研究所蛋白质修饰与配子发生研究组组长。中科院百人”百人计划”引进国外杰出人才，领导蛋白质修饰与配子体发生研究组，主要从事蛋白质泛素化修饰的分子机制及其在减数分裂过程中作用的研究。在蛋白质的泛素化修饰、进化生物学、酵母分子遗传学、微生物学以及植物细胞和基因工程等方面取得了一定成果，迄今为止已经在Nature、PNAS、PLoS Genetics等杂志发表论文30多篇。

Introduction: Dr. Wei Li, Principal Investigator of the Protein Modification and Gametogenesis Research Group at the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Recruited as an outstanding overseas talent through the CAS “Hundred Talents Program”, he leads the Protein Modification and Gametogenesis Research Group, mainly engaged in research on the molecular mechanisms of protein ubiquitination modifications and their roles in meiosis. He has achieved significant results in protein ubiquitination modifications, evolutionary biology, yeast molecular genetics, microbiology, and plant cell and genetic engineering, and has published more than 30 papers in journals such as Nature, PNAS, and PLoS Genetics.

研究方向：
1）配子发生尤其是减数分裂的翻译后修饰调控。
2）组蛋白修饰在减数分裂以及干细胞维持和分化中的功能和作用机制。
3）生殖和衰老相关疾病的翻译后修饰调控基础。

Research Directions:
1) Post-translational modification regulation of gametogenesis, especially meiosis.
2) Functions and mechanisms of histone modifications in meiosis and stem cell maintenance and differentiation.
3) Post-translational modification regulatory basis of reproduction and aging-related diseases.
