从事肿瘤外科临床近30年，在肝胆胰腺外科领域积累了丰富的临床与实践经验。完成了1000余例肝切除手术，能够完成包括全尾状叶在内的各个肝段肿瘤的切除，近五年没有围手术期死亡与手术后肝功能衰竭的发生。完成了近400例胰十二指肠切除手术，近三年无围手术期死亡与术后大的合并症。在国内率先开展了联合腹腔干切除的胰腺癌切除手术，保留脾脏的胰腺体尾部切除手术。在结直肠癌肝转移的治疗上，积极倡导综合治疗的理念，积极开展结直肠癌肝转移的新辅助化疗与转化性治疗，在国内率先开展了结直肠癌肝转移的”liver first”手术，PVE联合二期切除的手术和复发后再切除的手术。

Has been engaged in tumor surgery clinical practice for nearly 30 years, accumulating rich clinical and practical experience in the field of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. Completed over 1000 liver resection surgeries, capable of completing resection of tumors in all liver segments including the entire caudate lobe, with no perioperative deaths or postoperative liver failure in the past five years. Completed nearly 400 pancreaticoduodenectomy surgeries, with no perioperative deaths or major postoperative complications in the past three years. Was the first in China to carry out pancreatic cancer resection surgery combined with celiac trunk resection, and spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy. In the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastases, actively advocates the concept of comprehensive treatment, actively carries out neoadjuvant chemotherapy and conversion therapy for colorectal cancer liver metastases, and was the first in China to carry out “liver first” surgery for colorectal cancer liver metastases, PVE combined with second-stage resection surgery, and re-resection surgery after recurrence.
