张莹 Ying Zhang

张莹,副研究员,复旦大学生物医学研究院。2009年获复旦大学化学系理学博士学位,随后留校任职,先后担任助理研究员、副研究员;2017年赴美国普渡大学生化系访问学习。长期从事糖蛋白质组与糖组的高灵敏和高选择性质谱分析方法研究,发展了多种化学反应富集与小分子衍生方法,显著提高了糖蛋白质富集效率与糖链质谱检测灵敏度,缩短了实验时间。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,获”上海市青年科技启明星”(2015),并多次受邀在国际学术会议作报告(如国际糖复合物会议、美国质谱学会年会等)。

Zhang Ying, Associate Researcher, Institutes of Biomedical Sciences, Fudan University. She received her Ph.D. in Science from the Department of Chemistry, Fudan University in 2009, and then stayed at the university, successively serving as assistant researcher and associate researcher; in 2017, she went to the Department of Biochemistry, Purdue University, USA for visiting and study. She has long been engaged in research on highly sensitive and highly selective mass spectrometry analysis methods for glycoproteome and glycome, and has developed various chemical reaction enrichment and small molecule derivatization methods, significantly improving glycoprotein enrichment efficiency and glycan mass spectrometry detection sensitivity, and shortening experimental time. In the past five years, she has published more than 20 SCI papers as first author or corresponding author, received the “Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Rising Star” (2015), and has been invited to give reports at international academic conferences (such as the International Symposium on Glycoconjugates, American Society for Mass Spectrometry Annual Meeting, etc.) many times.
