研究方向:1. 微管作为一种重要的细胞骨架,参与细胞形状和极性维持、胞内物质运输和细胞分裂等重要的生理活动。微管的动态组装和稳定性维持受到很多因素的调节,微管状态紊乱与癌症、神经退行性疾病等密切相关。我们主要研究各种调控微管组装的蛋白质和小分子化合物的作用机理,以理解微管的调控过程及相关疾病的发生原因和药物治疗机理。2. 动物多肽神经毒素是自然界中产毒动物经过亿万年的进化而形成的具有高活性和高选择性的神经毒素,可以作为神经生物学研究的有力工具和神经系统疾病的治疗药物。芋螺毒素因为其结构和功能的高度多样性而倍受关注,也是我们目前的主要研究对象。

Research Interests: 1. Microtubules, as an important cytoskeleton, participate in important physiological activities such as cell shape and polarity maintenance, intracellular material transport, and cell division. The dynamic assembly and stability maintenance of microtubules are regulated by many factors, and microtubule state disorders are closely related to cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, etc. We mainly study the mechanisms of action of various proteins and small molecule compounds that regulate microtubule assembly to understand the regulatory process of microtubules and the causes of related diseases and drug treatment mechanisms. 2. Animal peptide neurotoxins are neurotoxins with high activity and high selectivity formed by venomous animals through hundreds of millions of years of evolution in nature, which can serve as powerful tools for neurobiological research and therapeutic drugs for nervous system diseases. Conotoxins have received much attention due to their high structural and functional diversity, and are also our current main research subject.
