谭旭实验室运用先进的高通量筛选方法进行病毒-宿主相互作用研究和抗病毒药物开发。研究方向:1. 重要致病病毒关键宿主因子的全基因组筛选及其结构功能研究;2. 广谱抗病毒药物的筛选和机制研究;3. 重要病毒细胞免疫抗原的系统发现和相关疫苗研发。
The Xu Tan laboratory uses advanced high-throughput screening methods for virus-host interaction research and antiviral drug development. Research directions: 1. Genome-wide screening of key host factors for important pathogenic viruses and their structural-functional studies; 2. Screening and mechanism research of broad-spectrum antiviral drugs; 3. Systematic discovery of important viral cellular immune antigens and related vaccine development.
