魏静

魏博士于2016年9月至2019年6月在北京师范大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业攻读博士学位；2019年10月至2021年10月在北京师范大学生命科学学院从事博士后研究；2021年11月起在首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院任助理研究员。魏博士的研究方向为儿童重大疾病诊疗标志物及发病机制，现负责北京儿童医院高分辨质谱平台运行及相关多组学研究。近年来，围绕儿科重大疾病开展蛋白质组学相关研究，聚焦儿科中枢神经系统感染，系统开展了早期诊断、并发症预警及重症预测的蛋白质组学研究，为该类疾病提供潜在标志物与干预靶点；主导了儿童甲状腺癌、横纹肌样瘤及胶质瘤等实体肿瘤类器官库建设，为精准靶向治疗提供多组学模型支撑；作为“中国尿计划”骨干，深度参与自动化前处理与多平台测试数据分析工作，为临床体液蛋白质组学标准化应用奠定基础。魏博士现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，参与国家重点研发等国家级和省部级项目4项，在Expert Review of Proteomics、Clinical Proteomics、Journal of Proteomics、Journal of Neurochemistry等期刊发表论文二十余篇，含第一作者SCI论文11篇，获发明专利1项。研究成果获国际同行认可，两度获得HUPO及USHUPO旅行奖并受邀作口头汇报。
