付莹

付博士于2018年9月至2023年6月在中南大学湘雅医院临床蛋白质组学与结构生物学专业攻读博士学位；2025年9月起在中南大学湘雅医院卫健委肿瘤蛋白质组学重点实验室任副教授。2021年12月至今担任Frontiers in Molecular Medicine期刊编委。付博士长期致力于肿瘤蛋白质组学研究，聚焦于肿瘤蛋白质组全景绘制及小分子药物靶点发现。作为骨干参与国家973A项目子课题，首次系统描绘了人类鼻咽癌蛋白质组表达谱，系统揭示了鼻咽癌的蛋白质组学特征及其潜在的分子机制和治疗靶点。在化学蛋白质组学方向，以共价FGFR抑制剂为模型，整合多组学方法系统解析其在肝癌中的作用靶点网络，发现了全新的药物靶点并阐明其作用机制。相关成果以第一/通讯作者在Advanced Science、Cell Death & Disease、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Molecular & Cellular Proteomics等领域重要期刊发表SCI论文12篇（JCR 1区10篇），授权国家发明专利1项，参编专著2部，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目及湖南省自然科学基金各1项。
