研究方向:集中于化学糖生物学和生物纳米技术。运用化学方法、生物手段和纳米技术,研究糖基化的生物学功能及其在代谢疾病及其心血管并发症中的作用。主要研究内容包括:1)活细胞及活体中聚糖的化学标记;2)糖的合成、成像和组学分析;3)糖基化在神经系统和干细胞中的功能;4)糖代谢与糖基化的内在联系;5)基于生物正交反应的化学生物学技术。

Research Interests: Focused on chemical glycobiology and bio-nanotechnology. Utilizing chemical methods, biological approaches, and nanotechnology to study the biological functions of glycosylation and its roles in metabolic diseases and cardiovascular complications. Main research areas include: 1) Chemical labeling of glycans in living cells and organisms; 2) Synthesis, imaging, and omics analysis of glycans; 3) Functions of glycosylation in the nervous system and stem cells; 4) Intrinsic connections between glycometabolism and glycosylation; 5) Chemical biology techniques based on bioorthogonal reactions.
